Kemac's Field Support Engineers
are dedicated to providing a rapid response
installation and maintenance service for mobile hardware and
software facilities
as used in the field by some of the UK's leading water Utilities
and their
service providers.
All our engineers are highly trained to diagnose and repair
faults, thus enabling
a swift return to operational usage by the user. In the event
of extreme failure,
we will quickly and effectively install alternative equipment.
In addition to repair
we also offer preventative maintenance programmes to minimize
downtime of
equipment in the field and to carry out image 'ghosting' where
appropriate.
All Kemac engineers possess a comprehensive knowledge of both
systems and hardware.
